Duties and Responsibilities
- Weekly property visits to ensure policies and procedures are being upheld.
- Complete weekly reporting of portfolio for ownership.
- Assist and work with the Vice President and Leadership to understand and execute the current goals and objectives of the assigned portfolio.
- Responsible for hiring and managing staff within the assigned portfolio.
- Review and approve payables, receivables, and monthly financial statements.
- Review all service contracts required for the assigned portfolio.
- Responsible for creating annual budgets provided to ownership.
- Other Job Duties as assigned.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in property management.
- 2+ years managing a multifamily portfolio.
- Valid Real Estate License required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to multiple communities in a single day.
- Experience with AppFolio is preferred.
